Uluguru Mountain Greenbul, Arizelocichla neumanni, is a bulbul in the order Passeriformes that breeds in eastern Tanzania. It is part of the Pycnonotidae family and was first described by Hartert in 1922. The bird is associated with the Uluguru area, and it has also been known as the Uluguru greenbul. Its taxonomic history includes placement in Andropadus before a return to Arizelocichla in 2010, and it was split as a separate species in 2009 after earlier treatment with the mountain greenbul.
