Undulated Antshrike, Frederickena unduliger, is a passerine of western Amazonia in South America, with its breeding range in Bolivia, Brazil and Peru. It was described by Pelzeln in 1868 and belongs to the antbird family, Thamnophilidae. This bird is a large, dark antbird with a crest, a heavy hooked bill, and black legs and feet. Males are mostly black with fine white barring, while females vary by subspecies, from cinnamon with wavy black bars to paler forms with reduced barring.
