Victoria's sitta, also known as the Victoria's nuthatch, is a small bird species found in the montane forests of the Philippines. It has a distinctive blue-gray upper body and a rusty-orange belly. This species is known for its strong, pointed beak, which it uses to forage for insects and seeds in the bark of trees. Victoria's sitta is a cavity nester, often utilizing old woodpecker holes for nesting. It is a vocal species, with a variety of calls and songs. Due to habitat loss and fragmentation, the population of Victoria's sitta is declining, and it is currently classified as Vulnerable by the IUCN.
