Ramosomyia wagneri
Wagner's Tyrannulet (Ramosomyia wagneri) is a small passerine bird found in the Andean cloud forests of South America. It is characterized by its olive-green upperparts, yellowish underparts, and a distinctive white eye-ring. This species is known for its energetic foraging behavior, often observed darting through the foliage in search of insects. Wagner's Tyrannulet is typically found in the mid to upper levels of the forest, where it inhabits dense vegetation and mossy trees. Its presence is often indicated by its high-pitched vocalizations. Although not currently classified by the IUCN, the conservation status of this species is relatively stable due to its preference for undisturbed cloud forest habitats.
