Whistler's Warbler, Phylloscopus whistleri, is a leaf warbler that breeds in the Oriental Region from the Himalayas to Myanmar. It belongs to the family Phylloscopidae and was once treated as part of the broader Old World warbler group. The species was formerly placed in Seicercus before both that genus and Phylloscopus were brought together under Phylloscopus. Its common name honours the English ornithologist Hugh Whistler. It is associated with subtropical or tropical moist montane forest, as well as heavily altered former forest.
