White-bellied Tody-Tyrant, Hemitriccus griseipectus, is a passerine of South America, occurring in southern Amazonia and eastern Brazil. It belongs to the tyrant flycatcher family and was first described by Snethlage in 1907. The nominate form ranges through the central Amazon Basin south of the Amazon, while another subspecies is confined to a small part of north-eastern Brazil. It lives in humid forest, including primary and secondary growth, gallery forest and dense forest, and is usually found low down, though it may reach the subcanopy.
