White-bellied Treepie

White-bellied Treepie, Dendrocitta leucogastra, is a crow family bird of the forests of south-west India, especially the Western Ghats south of Goa. It was described by Gould in 1833. Its main range lies in the Oriental Region. It is set apart from the rufous treepie by its pale head and body, and by its call. It is linked with denser woodland and is less tied to people than that species. It also joins mixed-species feeding flocks and is often seen with greater racket-tailed drongos.
