White-browed Tit-Spinetail, Leptasthenura xenothorax, is a bird of the Peruvian Andes in southern Peru, where it lives in Polylepis woodlands and sometimes montane scrub. It is a small, long-tailed furnariid with a short bill, and the sexes look alike. Adults show a white eyebrow edged above by a thin black line, a bright rufous crown, and a dark tail with spiny-looking tips. It is resident all year and is known from a few localities in Cuzco and Apurímac, mostly between 3,700 and 4,550 m.
