Anthipes monileger (Hodgson, 1845)
White-gorgeted Flycatcher, Anthipes monileger, is a passerine in the Old World flycatcher family, found across the Oriental Region from the Himalayas to Thailand. It was described by Hodgson in 1845. It was once included in Ficedula. The bird belongs to the order Passeriformes and the family Muscicapidae, which covers chats and Old World flycatchers. Its breeding range extends through the Himalayas to Thailand, placing it within a broad mountain-linked Asian span.
