White-spotted Fantail, Rhipidura albogularis, is a passerine of southern India, where it breeds in the Oriental Region and occurs in forest, scrub and cultivated country. It is a member of the fantail family and was first described in 1831. The bird is mainly slate grey above, with a black eye mask, white eyebrow and throat, and whitish underparts. Its dark tail is shaped like a fan and edged in white, and the breast band is grey with white spots.
