White-streaked Antvireo, Dysithamnus leucostictus, is a passerine antbird of South America, breeding from central Colombia and northern Venezuela south to Peru. It was first described by Sclater in 1858. The species lives in the understorey of montane evergreen forest, with the nominate form on the eastern Andes from Cundinamarca through eastern Ecuador into northern Peru, and D. l. tucuyensis in the Venezuelan Coastal Ranges, with a small population on Tafelberg in Suriname. It is placed in Thamnophilidae and has two recognised subspecies.
