White-throated Fantail, Rhipidura albicollis, is a passerine of the Oriental Region, breeding from the Himalayas in northern Pakistan to central China, Vietnam, Sumatra and Borneo. It is found in forest, scrub and cultivated areas across tropical southern Asia. The bird is a small fantail with a dark tail edged in white, and it shows a white throat and eyebrow. Many forms vary in plumage, and the Himalayan race is mostly slate grey with a black face mask.
