White-throated Fiji Whistler, Pachycephala vitiensis, is a bird of the family Pachycephalidae that breeds in southern Fiji in the Pacific Ocean. It is found on Beqa, Kadavu and their satellites, in the south Lau Islands, and on Gau. The species was described by Gray, GR, 1860. Three subspecies are recognised: kandavensis, lauana and vitiensis. It was once treated as part of the Fiji whistler, and it has also been regarded as a subspecies of the widespread golden whistler.
