White-throated Greenbul, Phyllastrephus albigularis, is a bulbul found in Africa from Senegal and Gambia to southern Sudan, western Uganda and eastern DR Congo. It is a passerine of the tropical rainforest belt. The species was first described in 1882 by Richard Bowdler Sharpe from a specimen taken in the Fantee region of central Ghana. It was once treated as the same species as the Angola greenbul, but is now recognised as distinct. No subspecies are accepted.
