White-whiskered Spinetail, Synallaxis candei, is a passerine of the ovenbird family found in northern Colombia and western Venezuela. It is a resident bird of tropical deciduous forest, dry scrub, overgrown pasture and the margins of mangroves. The breeding range includes Sucre and Magdalena in Colombia, the middle Magdalena valley, and farther north in Cesar and La Guajira, extending into Falcón and Lara in Venezuela. It is a small spinetail with a white moustache-like mark, and the sexes look alike. The species was first described in 1838 by d'Orbigny and Lafresnaye.
