Mohoua albicilla (Lesson, RP, 1830)

Whitehead, Mohoua albicilla, is a passerine bird of the family Mohouidae that breeds in the North Island and its satellites in New Zealand. It is a small forest bird with a pale brown back, wings and tail, and a white head and underparts; in males the white is especially clean, while females and young birds show brown on the crown and nape. The bill and eyes are black, and the feet are bluish black. It was described by Lesson in 1830.
