Myadestes woahensis
The Woah Thrush (Myadestes woahensis) is a medium-sized songbird native to the forests of Woah Island. It is known for its melodious and flute-like song, which echoes through the dense vegetation. The Woah Thrush has a distinctive grayish-brown plumage with a pale belly and a subtle reddish hue on its wings. It forages for insects and berries in the understory and is often observed hopping along the forest floor or perched in the mid-canopy. Due to habitat loss and limited range, the Woah Thrush is considered vulnerable to extinction.
