Stiphrornis xanthogaster
The Yellow-bellied Bristlebill is a small passerine bird found in the forests of West and Central Africa. It is known for its distinctive yellow belly and olive-green upperparts, with a short, slightly curved bill and a bristly appearance around the face. This species forages for insects and small fruits in the dense undergrowth of primary and secondary forests. It is often observed in pairs or small groups, emitting high-pitched calls and trills.
