Chloropsis flavipennis

The Yellow-bellied Chloropsis, scientifically known as Chloropsis flavipennis, is a small passerine bird found in the forests of Southeast Asia. This species is known for its melodious and varied songs, often heard echoing through the dense foliage. Yellow-bellied Chloropses are primarily insectivorous, foraging for insects and small fruits in the forest canopy. They are often observed in small groups or pairs, displaying agile and acrobatic flight patterns. Despite facing habitat loss and fragmentation, the population trend of this species is currently stable.
