Yellow-bellied Fantail, Chelidorhynx hypoxanthus, breeds from the eastern Himalayas to south-east Asia and is found across the Indian subcontinent, the Himalayas and parts of Thailand, Vietnam and Myanmar. It is a passerine in the family Stenostiridae, the fairy flycatchers, and was described by Blyth in 1843. It is also known as the yellow-bellied fairy-fantail. A distinctive feature is its yellow underparts, together with a black eye-stripe, a white wing-bar and a broad black tail with a white tip. It is an altitudinal migrant.
