Yellow-browed Tody-Flycatcher, Todirostrum chrysocrotaphum, is a passerine of southern and western Amazonia in South America, recorded from Bolivia, Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador and Peru. It was described by Strickland in 1850 and belongs to the tyrant flycatcher family. The species is part of the western and central Amazon Basin. It lives in humid terra firme and várzea forest, mature secondary growth, and forest clearings with tall trees. It usually stays in the canopy. Five subspecies are recognised, with differences in the head pattern, the amount of yellow on the upperparts, and the extent of streaking below.
