Yellow-browed Toucanet, Aulacorhynchus huallagae, is a toucan of the northern Andes in Peru, where it breeds in San Martín and La Libertad. It is found in humid montane forest on the east side of the range, at 2,000 to 2,600 m. The species is endemic to Peru and has a very restricted known distribution. It is a monotypic bird in the family Ramphastidae, first described by Carriker in 1933. Its breeding season runs from October to February or March, and it is thought to nest in tree cavities.
