Yellow-headed Warbler, Teretistris fernandinae, is a Cuban warbler found in western Cuba, including Isla de la Juventud and nearby Cayo Cantiles. It is a resident bird of forests and scrubby thickets, provided the undergrowth is not heavily disturbed, and it occurs from lowlands to high mountains. It is the only member of its genus and belongs to the Cuban warbler family Teretistridae. Its head is entirely yellow, with an olive wash on the crown and nape, while the upperparts are grey and the underparts paler grey-white.
