Yellow-spectacled Heleia, Heleia wallacei, is a white-eye of the Lesser Sundas, breeding from Sumbawa to Sumba and Lembata in the western and central islands of that chain. It belongs to the family Zosteropidae and was described by Finsch in 1901. Its natural home is subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest. Also known as the yellow-ringed white-eye, it is one of the passerines associated with this island region.
