Crithagra menachensis (Ogilvie-Grant, 1913)
Yemen Serin, Crithagra menachensis, is a finch in the family Fringillidae and breeds in montane open areas, including settlements, in south-west Saudi Arabia, south-west Yemen and south-west Oman on the south-western Arabian Peninsula. It was described by Ogilvie-Grant in 1913. The species was once placed in Serinus, but later genetic work showed that group to be split, and Yemen Serin was transferred to Crithagra.
