Yungas Guan, Penelope bridgesi, is a bird of the Cracidae family in the Andean foothills of south-western Bolivia and north-western Argentina. It lives in subtropical evergreen forest on the eastern side of the Andes, from below 1,000 m to about 1,900 m. It was once treated as part of dusky-legged guan, but is now recognised as a separate species. Males and females look alike, and the bird is larger than P. obscura, with black on the head and back of the neck, chestnut upperparts, and a dark brown tail.
