About this tour
Spend six hours exploring the point where Mexico City gives way to canals, grasslands and less-visited green spaces. Pamela uses local knowledge to shape the day around current conditions and the habitats showing the strongest activity.
The longer format allows more patient observation than the compact city outing. Egrets may work the reeds, grebes may appear on open water and seasonal warblers can add variety, alongside resident birds of the city’s greener margins.
Walking is moderate and transport is included. Binoculars are available when requested. The official experience also allows time for a local food stop, with the exact route, meeting arrangement and any meal cost confirmed before travel.
