Mukungwa River offers a productive private birding walk close to northern Rwanda's Twin Lakes and Musanze area. Roger designs the morning around riverine vegetation, waterbirds and action shots for bird photographers.

Wetland, lakeshore, riverine, woodland or savannah habitat depending on the selected route.

Start around 6:00 AM to catch birds when activity is highest. Walk riverbank and gallery vegetation habitat looking for coucals, weavers, African Pied Wagtail, Giant Kingfisher and other river-associated species.

Cancellation Policy

For single-day and half-day guiding, Roger's document says no advance payment is required and payment is due after the guiding service. Final terms are confirmed with the quotation.

No deposit is normally required for single-day or half-day itineraries; custom multi-day safaris may require an agreed deposit.

Travel insurance with medical and cancellation cover is recommended.
