Private Three-Day Lake Mburo Birding Safari with Alex Gabiito
Spend three days exploring Lake Mburo’s savanna, lakeshore and wetland birds on a private Uganda safari with African Skimmer Tours.
About this tour
Lake Mburo National Park brings together open grassland, acacia woodland and lake-edge habitat in a compact Uganda birding journey. African Skimmer Tours sets out a three-day route with time on foot or by vehicle and a boat outing on the lake. The mix creates opportunities for savanna and waterbirds, including kingfishers, cormorants and egrets.
The first day is a road journey to the park followed by an afternoon nature walk. A fuller second day combines guided exploration of the park with a lake boat trip. The third day returns toward Kampala or Entebbe. Other wildlife may also be seen, but this tour is presented for birdwatchers. Accommodation and the precise activity sequence depend on the agreed arrangements; request current availability, lodging and price through BirdWatch. Wild sightings are never guaranteed.
