Azure Tit, Cyanistes cyanus, is a passerine in the Paridae family that breeds across central and eastern parts of the Palearctic. It lives in Russia, Central Asia, north-west China, Manchuria and Pakistan, with further records from Finland, Sweden, Poland and Austria. It is the only member of its family with a white cap, and it was first described by Pallas in 1770. Its plumage is marked by white on the head, tail corners, wing bars and underparts, with blue upperparts and a dark line through the eye.
