The Barnacle Goose is a medium-sized waterfowl species known for its distinctive black and white plumage. They are often found in large flocks, feeding on grasses, grains, and aquatic vegetation. The Barnacle Goose is known for its loud, honking calls and strong, V-shaped flight formations during migration. This species has adapted well to human-modified landscapes and can often be found in urban and agricultural areas during the winter months.
