Black Petrel Procellaria parkinsoni is a petrel in the family Procellariidae, within the order Procellariiformes. It breeds on Great and Little Barrier Islands off north-eastern North Island, New Zealand. Outside the breeding season it occurs in south-eastern offshore Australian waters and in the eastern Pacific from Mexico to Ecuador.
