Cliff Parakeet, Myiopsitta luchsi, is a parrot of south-central Bolivia in the family Psittacidae. It is confined to the country and occurs in the departments of Chuquisaca, Cochabamba, La Paz, Potosí and Santa Cruz. Its range is tied to dry intermontane valleys with xerophytic growth close to cliffs, at 1,300 to 3,000 m. It is set apart from the monk parakeet by a paler breast without scaling and by a generally brighter appearance. The species was first described by Finsch in 1868.
