Curve-winged Sabrewing, Pampa curvipennis, is a hummingbird of middle America, recorded in eastern and south-eastern Mexico. It is one of the forms within the sabrewing group, and the name has at times been applied to a separate species. The bird was first described in 1830. It belongs to the hummingbird family Trochilidae and is placed in the genus Pampa. Its recognised range includes the Yucatán Peninsula and north-eastern Chiapas, with the breeding range given as eastern and south-eastern Mexico. It is associated with humid evergreen and semi-deciduous forest, including rainforest, and occurs from sea level to 1,400 m.
