Giant Wren, Campylorhynchus chiapensis, is a wren of southern Mexico, with breeding range in Middle America in the south of the country. It lives in bushland and also uses heavily altered places such as farmyards, hedges and fruit orchards, staying close to the coast and at low elevations. It is the largest wren family member. Adults show a black crown, nape and shoulder area, a white eyebrow, chestnut upperparts and tail, and white underparts with buff on the belly and vent. Juveniles are similar, but their underparts are less pure white.
