Large-billed Crow, Corvus macrorhynchos, is a crow of the Palearctic and Oriental regions, breeding from the Himalayas in north-east Afghanistan, India and Sri Lanka through eastern Russia, Japan and Taiwan to Romang and Sermata in the Lesser Sundas. It is a widespread Asian bird and was once commonly called the jungle crow. Its most notable feature is its large bill, which has also led to the name thick-billed crow. It has been treated as the same species as the eastern jungle crow and Indian jungle crow, and it may be confused with Common Raven.
