Lyre-tailed Honeyguide, Melichneutes robustus, is a bird of African tropical rainforest, with a breeding range from Sierra Leone and Guinea to south-west Ghana, south-east Nigeria and Cameroon, and on to west Uganda and east Democratic Republic of the Congo. It belongs to the honeyguide family, Indicatoridae. It is the only species placed in the genus Melichneutes.
