Ochre-fronted Antpitta, Grallaricula ochraceifrons, is a bird of the Peruvian Andes, where it is found on the eastern slope in central Peru. It lives in humid montane forest understorey with dense epiphytes, including both stunted and taller woodland, and is known from only two localities. Its range is very limited and appears to have shrunk from its former extent. The species is resident. It is a monotypic antpitta in the family Grallariidae, and the front of the crown gives it its name.
