Olive-winged Bulbul, Pycnonotus plumosus, is a bulbul of the Oriental Region, with a breeding range in southern Myanmar and southern Thailand, the Malay Peninsula and the Greater Sundas. It is a passerine bird associated with subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests. The species was described by Blyth in 1845. It was once treated as including the ashy-fronted bulbul as a subspecies until 2010. Four subspecies are recognised, with forms recorded from Sumatra, the Malay Peninsula, Java, Bali, Borneo and nearby islands, as well as the south-western Philippines.
