Orange Ground Thrush, Geokichla gurneyi, is a thrush of eastern and southern Africa in the family Turdidae. It inhabits montane forest in the afromontane belt of south-eastern Africa, and is recorded from 500 to 2,500 m. The species was described by Hartlaub in 1864. It has olive-brown upperparts, blackish-brown flight feathers, orange on the throat, breast and flanks, a white vent, an incomplete white eye-ring, a dark bill and pink legs. The female is duller than the male, and the young bird has mottled underparts.
