Red-throated Sunbird, Anthreptes rhodolaemus, is a bird of the Oriental Region, breeding in the Malay Peninsula, Sumatra and Borneo. It belongs to the sunbird family, Nectariniidae, and was described by Shelley in 1878. Its range also includes Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand. It is associated with subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest.
