Shelley’s Greenbul, Arizelocichla masukuensis, is a bulbul found in east-central Africa. It lives in subtropical or tropical dry forest and in subtropical or tropical moist montane forest. The species was described in 1897. Its breeding range is in eastern Africa. It belongs to the family Pycnonotidae and the order Passeriformes. Four subspecies are recognised, with forms recorded from the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, western Kenya, western and eastern Tanzania, and south-western Tanzania to northern Malawi.
