The Siberian Blue Robin is a small migratory bird known for its striking blue plumage on the upperparts and a white belly. It is a member of the Old World flycatcher family and is known for its melodious song. During the breeding season, the male Siberian Blue Robin establishes territories in dense, moist deciduous and mixed forests, while the female builds a cup-shaped nest with grass and leaves. This species primarily feeds on insects and small invertebrates. The Siberian Blue Robin is a long-distance migrant, wintering in Southeast Asia. Its conservation status is currently classified as Least Concern by the IUCN.
