Yellow-eyed Black Flycatcher, Melaenornis ardesiacus, is a passerine in the family Muscicapidae, the chats and Old World flycatchers. It breeds in Africa in eastern Democratic Republic of the Congo, western Uganda, Rwanda and Burundi. It was described by Berlioz in 1936.
