Morning - Departure from Coca land route to Pashpanchu Lodge.

We welcome you on an adventure down one of the most unique and biodiverse rivers of the Amazon headwaters, the land route. We begin our journey by picking you up at the airport or at the traveling two hours by car deep in the Amazon Yasuní national park. During the trip we may see a variety of species of birds, mammals, as we reach our destination, Pashpanchu Lodge. Welcome to an authentic jungle paradise. Make yourself comfortable in your private room, and then explore the common areas and surrounding garden, while lunch is prepared for you.

Afternoon Limoncocha Lagoon, rich with life—from green-hued waters to fireflies at night. The visit to Limoncocha Lagoon begins with a peaceful canoe ride through calm waters surrounded by lush Amazonian vegetation. As the journey continues, a wide variety of birds can be observed, especially at sunset when many species return to roost. Along the way visitors can hear the sounds of the jungle, including howler monkeys, frogs, and crickets, creating a magical and natural atmosphere. At night, the experience continues with the observation of caimans, whose red eyes reflect in the flashlight beams. The entire tour is led by a knowledgeable local guide who shares stories, insights about the flora and fauna, and the culture significance of the lagoon to the kichwa community.
