About this tour

Uganda’s bird diversity shapes this 15-day route from Entebbe to Murchison Falls, Budongo, Kibale, Queen Elizabeth, Bwindi and Lake Mburo. Lake Victoria and Nile wetlands, savanna and several western forests bring very different bird communities into one journey.

Shoebill is a headline priority, followed by forest birds such as Green-breasted Pitta and a suite of Albertine Rift specialities. Gorilla and chimpanzee trekking may be added where permits are available; these primate activities remain optional and permit-dependent rather than part of the core birding price.
