About this tour
This private format replaces a fixed route with an itinerary designed around the traveler. Guests choose the destinations they are interested in, the dates that suit them and the birds they most want to look for. The resulting programme can combine one or several islands and can balance focused field time with a more relaxed holiday pace.
Local bird guides are arranged for the selected destinations, with birding sites chosen according to the agreed targets and current access. The planning can also cover accommodation, transport and the regional logistics needed to connect islands. Because every journey is different, no single destination, species, daily sequence or inclusion should be assumed until it appears in the confirmed proposal.
The format is available to solo travelers, couples and families, as well as private groups of birding friends with no more than ten participants. It is intended for people who prefer independent travel dates and a private pace but do not want to assemble the route themselves. Duration, price, transport, meals, accommodation and the final target list are therefore confirmed after enquiry. Bird sightings remain subject to habitat, season and field conditions even when a species is a central objective of the tailored plan.
