Golden-billed Saltator, Saltator aurantiirostris, is a passerine in the tanager family, found in western and south-central South America. Its breeding range includes Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay, with records also from the southern Pantanal and along the Paraguay River. It is associated with subtropical and tropical dry forest, dry shrubland, high-altitude shrubland, and heavily degraded former forest. The species was described by Vieillot in 1817.
