Yellow-collared Lovebird, Agapornis personatus, is a parrot in the family Psittaculidae that breeds in Tanzania, with its natural range in the Arusha Region. It was described by Reichenow in 1887. The bird is a small green lovebird with darker upperparts than underparts. Its head is black, with a red bill, white above the bill and white eye-rings. A yellow breast joins a yellow collar and continues over the nape. Males and females look the same. It is also known as masked lovebird, black-masked lovebird or eye ring lovebird.
