About this tour

Combine Maputo National Park’s inland wildlife habitats with its coast on a private two-day journey from Maputo.

Day one includes an early departure, morning safari, a break at Lake Xinguti, arrival at Ponta Membene and an afternoon safari. After breakfast on day two, observe birds and wildlife while travelling out of the park and return to Maputo in the afternoon.

Private safari vehicle on park roads with lake and coastal stops

Depart Maputo at 06:00, begin the morning safari around 08:00 and pause at Lake Xinguti around 09:00. Continue to Ponta Membene for the midday break, then return to the field for an afternoon safari before dinner.
